Villa 3011 is a private luxury estate located in the natural environment of Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a Unesco world heritage-protected reserve. It has the perfect location for seclusion, sitting on an untouched Caribbean beach surrounded by coconut trees and colorful vegetation. The Caribbean sea with a magical coral reef 100m out is a short walk away from the villa. Behind you is a peaceful and relaxing natural lagoon – all of this is a part of the private property.

From the property, you can directly access its own Private Beach, a large decked area, and an infinity swimming pool. Enjoy outdoor spaces on a spacious roof terrace with endless views and large outside living areas. The indoor areas consist of a spacious open-plan living space that looks out over the dunes and the magical pristine beach. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 4 of which have a direct view of the sea, as well as direct access to the beach and decked area.

At Villa 3011 your stay is adapted exactly to suit your needs and wishes. You will be able to do as little or as much as you would like. This vacation home has four full-time staff (property manager, chef, maid, and gardener) to ensure you’re provided with all the comforts you can imagine. The food is arranged according to your requirements upon your arrival and once you are here the property manager will arrange any activity from snorkeling to SPA treatments and much more.

Villa 3011 does its best to be 100% sustainable and completely self-sufficient, which is achieved by utilizing energy from the sun and the villa’s natural water source – it’s a zero-carbon footprint estate with all the modern comforts. You can enjoy watching giant turtles coming out of the sea to lay their egg on the shore or explore the lagoon by boat, where your private guides will guide you through the ancient Mayan canals or you can just spend the day fly-fishing.
