Arca restaurant have set Tulum on the world’s gastronomical scene. It is a one of kind culinary experience:  Mexican haught cuisine with matching coctails is the project of Chef Jose Louis Hinostroza, who also the Chef behind Atila, a Yucatecan Brasserie andMetixa, asian-mexican street food concept. 

Nested in the jungle, the menu reflects ‘micro seasons’ and accurately represnts season’s current flora and fauna. Menu is composed of small plates intended to be shared, a way of eating that is inherent in Mexican culture. I would not exaggerate by saying that an experience of this caliber should certainly not be missed.
