Surrounded by the sea and the jungle, Villa 3009 offer a unique stay far from any noise besides the sea waves and the birds chipping, as well as other wild animals in their natural habitat. This estate contains four bedrooms and 4.5 baths in 4,000 square feet of tastefully designed home, with the perfect location inside a safe gated community of the Sian Kaan Reserve.
At Villa 3009, you will find spacious living and dining areas where your friends and you can comfortably hang out together. There are few lounging areas and a dining table that comfortably fits up to 10 people. A private chef will surprise you with gourmet experiences suited to your personal taste.
In all four bedrooms, you will find air conditioning, a private bath, mosquito protection, ceiling fans, satellite TV, and a safe box. The two master suites also contain an extra comfortable king-size bed. One of the master suites has both an indoor and an outdoor shower. The third bedroom also comes with a king-size bed, while the last bedroom is perfect for a babysitter and the children as it has two double beds. A qualified nanny may be arranged upon request during your stay.
Villa 3009 has a property manager and highly attentive full staff to take care of your every wish and desire, including daily housekeeping to maintain the villa at its finest, as well as help with arranging your daily itinerary. You will absolutely love the rooftop infinity pool with its incredible views of both the lagoon and the jungle, and the beautiful gardens are the best spot to have a siesta in a hammock or to relax on a lounge sofa with your favorite book.
As this is an eco-friendly vacation home, it does not have a washer/dryer, but laundry service will be available.
