Villa Nova is perched at the top of the Agios Lazaros Mykonos private estate and enjoys a bird’s eye view of the islands of Delos and Rhenea, over a majestic drop to the sea, offering the picture-perfect Mykonos sunset. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

Villa Nova boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining & lounging area (sunny & shady all day long)- all in front of the 64m2 infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon- and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the estate). The property has a single main entrance, one Master Bedroom (expanded Queen-size bed), with an en-suite bathroom on the upper level, and a terrace; another Master bedroom (with King-size bed- or two twins) with an en-suite bathroom on the pool level; and a third bedroom (Queen-size bed) on the ground level. The brilliant white interiors and exteriors and the subtle tasteful decorations reflect the Mykonian-elegance the island is known for, so you can totally immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The refurbished luxury estate has daily, complimentary maid service so you don’t lift a finger, 24/7 CCTV monitoring at the periphery of the estate- so unauthorized people are detectable, Netflix- to quench your thirst for relaxed adventure, flat-screen TVs- so everyone can watch, back-up generators- to face the frequent local electric shortages, a desalination plant- so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and a 24/7 gate-access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.
